- The problem is with C=, who NEVER should have given out hardware specs.
- If AT is to blame for anything, it is for not pointing out to gamesmakers
- to some of their infantile hacks will not work with future Amigas.
-
- Quite frankly, I do not know what is a bigger evil: alienating publishers
- and thus customers by insisting on keeping a standard or not enforcing
- that standard by letting publishers behave like 3-year old hackers and
- do what ever they want on the current incarnation of the Amiga.

- Hogwash! (BTW, that spells 'w3iz', not 'wares'). The problem with piracy
- is the mentality of the pirates, not the amount of (lacking) protection.
- As long as pirates feel there is property and there is property, they will
- find ways to circumvent better protection.
-
- I urge everyone not too buy software that isn't at least harddisk
- installable. This is the only way you can tell publishers that you
- want them to keep to standards (of course, they will interpret it as:
- "We don't sell our great game, so everyone must be pirating it", or "We
- don't sell our great game, so there isn't an Amiga market left" :-(, so
- maybe you'd better send them a letter explaining why you won't buy their
- product).
